Marketing Coordinator

Elizabeth Bartley comes to Encon Commercial, Inc. as a marketing / transaction coordinator. She is responsible for managing contacts with clients, scheduling client meetings and prepares property tour packages. She is also in charge of keeping property listings up to date, conducting preliminary research for “Broker’s Opinion of Value” (BOV) reports and maintaining the company website to ensure current listings and market data.

Mark Lombardo, Director, comes to Encon Commercial with extensive experience in facilitating lease and purchase requirements of commercial properties throughout Greater Long Beach.
